This site is published by Arnaud Fougerousse, operating under the name Menhir Studio.

Menhir Studio is currently an undeclared collective and has no legal personality of its own. The publisher is therefore a natural person, who alone is responsible for what is published here. This page will be updated once the studio is formally registered.

The publisher is a non-professional individual. Their postal address is not published here; it has been provided to the host, as French law allows.

The menhirstudio.com domain is managed through Cloudflare, which provides DNS resolution and proxying. Cloudflare does not host the site's content.

All content on this site - text, images, logo and code - belongs to the publisher unless stated otherwise. All rights reserved.

Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Menhir Studio is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

Using our media

Content creators, streamers and press are welcome to use our screenshots, artwork and video footage to talk about our games, provided Menhir Studio is credited.

That permission does not cover:

• reselling these materials or exploiting them commercially on their own;
• any use that suggests a partnership with us, or our endorsement;
• altering the logo, or incorporating it into another brand or product.

It can be withdrawn at any time. If in doubt, write to press@menhirstudio.com.

Personal data

This is a showcase site. There are no accounts, no forms and no comments. Simply browsing it collects no personal data.

No cookies are set. There is therefore no consent banner to dismiss.

The database behind the Games and News pages holds editorial content only. No visitor data passes through it.

Your emails

When you write to us, we process your address and the contents of your message for one purpose: replying to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.

Messages are kept for four weeks, then deleted.

One exception: exchanges with a contractual or pre-contractual dimension - partnerships, press, legal matters - are kept until the relationship ends, then for the applicable limitation period, which is five years.

Our addresses forward to a mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail). That involves processing outside the European Union, under Google's own safeguards.

Audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is visited.

It sets no cookies and does not follow visitors from one site to another. It produces aggregate figures only: page views, referrers, device type.

No individual profile is built, and we cannot identify anyone from these figures.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data about you.

In practice, the only data we hold is what you send us by email. To exercise your rights, write to contact@menhirstudio.com. We answer within one month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

Minors, Roblox and Discord

Our games contain no violence and no adult content. They are open to all ages on Roblox.

Game data such as scores and progress is stored by Roblox, inside its own systems. We extract none of it, and it never passes through this site. Its processing is governed by Roblox's privacy policy, not ours.

Our Discord servers are moderated. Access to Discord is governed by Discord's own terms, which set a minimum age of 13 - that is their rule, not ours.

Third-party services and links

This site links out to services we do not control: Roblox, Discord, and the social networks we are present on.

Once you are on those platforms, their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.

We are not responsible for content posted by third parties on those services, including in our own community spaces.

Changes and contact

This page will change, in particular when the studio is formally registered, which will change who the publisher is.

The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. No notification is sent.

This page and its interpretation are governed by French law, and any dispute falls to the French courts.
